How Renting Works

1. Select your pick up and return dates. It is important to select your pick up and return dates to ensure you are seeing the correct price and quantity available.

     a. Three days is our standard rate. Then for each additional day, an extra 10% is applied to the order.

2. View our rental inventory and add items to your cart.

3. Check out.

     a. A 50% deposit is due at checkout.

     b. If you wish to have your items delivered, please fill in the delivery address at checkout.

4. After check out, clients will receive a confirmation email.

5. Two weeks prior to your rental date, we will reach out to confirm pick up/delivery times.

6. Final payment is due one week prior to the start of your rental period.

     a. Your final payment includes a 20% security deposit, which will be refunded to you upon return and inspection of the rental items.

  • If you need a higher quantity than what is showing in inventory, please reach out and ask. Depending on the item, we may be able to order more.

  • Yes! If you would like to rent an item that we aren't currently offering, please let us know and we will consider adding it to our inventory.

  • There is not an order minimum.

  • The minimum rental is for three days and the maximum rental is seven days. We recognize that many of our clients enjoy the flexibility of being able to set up their items the day before their event and take items down the day after their event. Therefore, the standard rental rate is for three days. Then for each additional day, an additional 10% is applied to the order.

  • Yes, we offer delivery from 9AM-9PM seven days a week for $1.00 per mile (round-trip). If applicable, the client is also responsible for tolls and parking expenses.

  • No, this is a self-pick up. We ensure that all items are ready for you at the time of pick up and are stored in close proximity to where you will park.

  • Unfortunately no, you cannot see the items in-person. We do not currently have a showing room to display items for customers. If you need additional pictures of an item, we are happy to send them.

  • To hold your items and date, there is a 50% down payment due at the time of booking.

    The full amount is due a week prior to the start of your rental period, and a 20% refundable deposit is applied. This deposit is refunded after inspection of items.

  • If you cancel 60 days or more before your rental period begins, we offer a full refund.

    If you cancel less than 60 days from your pick up date, we retain the 50% deposit.
