How To Reserve Your Rentals

  • Select Your Pick-Up and Return Dates & Times:
    Begin by choosing your preferred pick-up or delivery, along with return dates and times. This ensures accurate pricing and availability for your event.
  • Browse Our Rental Collection:
    Explore our inventory and add your selected items to your cart.
  • Submit Your Quote Request:
    Complete the checkout process to submit a quote request. A member of our team will contact you shortly to review availability and finalize the details.
  • Secure Your Reservation:
    Once your rental is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your items.
  • Final Confirmation & Payment:
    A few days before your event, we’ll reach out to confirm pick-up or delivery times and provide a link for your final payment.

FAQs

  • Our standard rental period covers four days. If you’d like to extend your rental, you’re welcome to do so for an additional 10% of your order total per extra day, with a maximum rental period of seven days.

    If you plan to return your rentals earlier than the four-day period, that’s completely fine too! Simply select your desired pickup day when booking, and you’re welcome to drop items off a day or two ahead of schedule. We just ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to return items early so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes, we do! We offer delivery from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, with all deliveries starting from Raymore, MO.

    A delivery fee of $0.80 per mile (roundtrip) applies to most of our rentals. For example — if your event is 15 miles away, the total delivery fee would be $48 (that’s 60 miles roundtrip x $0.80).

    For chair and table rentals, the delivery fee is $1.00 per mile (roundtrip) to account for the extra time and handling required. Using the same example, a delivery 15 miles away would cost $60 (60 miles x $1.00).

    If applicable, the client is also responsible for any tolls or parking expenses associated with the delivery.

  • If you need a higher quantity than what is showing in inventory, please reach out and ask. Depending on the item, we may be able to order more.

  • Yes! If you would like to rent an item that we aren't currently offering, please let us know. If it is something we can accommodate, we will add it to our inventory.

  • There is not an order minimum.

  • No, this is a self-pick up. We ensure that all items are ready for you at the time of pick up and are stored in close proximity to where you will park.

  • Unfortunately no, you cannot see the items in-person. We do not currently have a showing room to display items for customers. If you need additional pictures of an item, we are happy to send them.

  • If you cancel 45 days or more before your rental period begins, we offer a full refund.

    If you cancel less than 45 days from your rental period start date, we offer a 50% refund.
