Our Story

Welcome to Rustic Wedding & Event Rentals! We’re Danielle and Daniel, a husband-and-wife team who launched our business in the spring of 2025. We began with a curated selection of rustic favorites — including our signature wood farm tables and cross-back chairs — and have since expanded into high-quality dance floor rentals for weddings and events across the Kansas City area.

With Daniel’s experience as an Army veteran and his MBA, and Danielle’s background in public administration (MPA), we bring organization, reliability, and a service-first mindset to every event. Our mission is simple: to become Kansas City’s go-to dance floor rental company while continuing to offer the timeless rustic pieces our clients love.

We’re committed to providing beautiful rentals, clear communication, and a stress-free experience from start to finish. Whether you're hosting a wedding, celebration, or special event, we’re here to help bring your vision to life.
